We send out a weekly email every Wednesday with a coordinated action item, event schedule and other important resources.  Occasionally, we send additional emails in 'emergency' situations that require urgent constituent action. 

We meet once per month, sometimes via Zoom, sometimes in person and sometimes hybrid. We require RSVPs in advance for the safety and security of all our members.

We schedule regular meetings with our elected officials and their staff members. The goal is to have an open dialogue and cultivate a solid relationship with our electeds so we can hold them accountable and ensure their commitment to our agenda.

The only requirement for joining IWLA is filling out our Member Form (click the button below to access the form). We will process your form and then send you an email confirmation. This may take us a few days, as our organization is completely run by volunteers. Rest assured, we will reach out to you as soon as we can, upon receipt of your completed Member Form.
